Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jjslots support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jjslots is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the account settings menu:
